In just a short time, Lauryn has mastered the complex process of payroll – a task that demands precision and responsibility. Her initiative, fast learning, and ability to work independently have stood out in a big way. 👏

👏 Shout-Out to Our Runner-Up: Deon Fualalo
Deon showed real integrity on a recent Saturday shift by stopping a teammate from transferring dirty bins between trucks. He cleaned them himself and reported the issue, putting customers first and reinforcing accountability.

He has also taken the initiative to spend time in logistics to better understand our operations and continues to tackle challenges, such as baler setbacks, with a great attitude, often staying late to ensure the job is done right.

We’re proud to have team members like Lauryn and Deon leading the way. 💚💙
