Laundry Manager

We are hiring a Laundry Manager for a Singapore based company here in Kuala Lumpur.

The Laundry Manager will oversee the laundry operations to ensure efficient and effective service. They will manage a team of laundry workers, maintain records, handle equipment maintenance, and ensure all processes meet the required guidelines. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the laundry department.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and delivery of laundry.
Maintain and service laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Train and develop laundry staff to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Process strong knowledge in handling Dry Cleaning machine.
Implement and maintain safety and hygiene protocols.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and manage the laundry department budget.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of laundry equipment and operational processes.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in laundry operations.
Good communication and customer service skills
