Sekiranya lampu di mesin token tunjuk lampu merah. Antara sebabnya ialah ada wang kertas tersangkut di dalam mesin. Dalam situasi demikian, mesin sudah tidak dapat menerima sebarang wang lagi dan tidak berfungsi secara normal.

Kalau wang anda sangkut kat dalam dan token tak keluar. Sila call nombor hotline, wang yg sangkut akan dikembalikan secara Duit now (kalau ada bank akaun).

Antara sebab utama wang sangkut ialah wang kertas koyak, ada pelekat atas wang sebab dah koyak sebelum.

Harap maklum.

Dobi Dobby akan kembali beroperasi 24 JAM.

Hello,

Water supply is resuming slowly at Dobi Dobby! 😁

Thanks to our water tank, we are able to continue providing laundry service throughout the whole disruption period.

From now onward, you are welcome to do your laundry once again without worrying that our water supply will run out.

ATTENTION!

According to Air Selangor, there will be a water disruption starting 13th October to 16th October.

Dobi Dobby is within the affected areas. Please do your laundry before 13th of October so that you have clean clothes to wear throughout the water disruption period.

We will be monitoring the water level during the period. If the water level is low, we will be shutting down all the washer to prevent incomplete wash.

However, all dryers will remain operational.
