Customer Service & Shop Assistant
Valu-Clean Laundrette & Dry Cleaners – Buncrana
We're looking for a friendly, confident and outgoing person to join our team in Buncrana.
This is a customer-facing position, so we're looking for someone who enjoys meeting and talking to people, has a good personality and takes pride in providing a friendly and professional service to our customers.
📍 The Role
Location: Buncrana
Hours: 24–32 hours per week
Working pattern: 4 days per week
Pay: €15.00 per hour
The role will include:
• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Taking in and returning laundry and dry-cleaning orders
• Processing payments and operating the till
• Answering customer enquiries
• Preparing orders for customer collection
• Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented
• Assisting with general laundry duties
• Providing a friendly, professional service to every customer

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a similar role would be an advantage.
Full training will be provided.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right personality and attitude who will take pride in representing Valu Clean and looking after our customers.
