Attended site to carry out repairs to the existing drainage system.

The old Windsor trap was removed due to its condition and a patch repair was completed to the affected section of pipework. The trap and associated pipework were reinstated and secured correctly to ensure satisfactory drainage flow and operation.

All repairs were loop upon completion and found to be functioning correctly with no leaks present at the time of attendance

Attended site and carried out the installation of two new soil vent pipe (SVP) toilets.

Works included the removal of the existing toilet units where required, preparation of the installation area, and the supply and installation of two new toilet pans connected to the existing soil vent pipe system.

All connections were made securely and tested upon completion to ensure correct operation and watertight integrity. The toilets were flushed and checked for leaks, with all installations found to be functioning correctly.

The work area was cleared of waste materials and left clean and tidy upon completion

Works included setting out and excavating the required drainage run, preparing a stable base, and installing the ACO channels to the correct falls to ensure effective surface water drainage. Drainage system was aligned and secured to specification, with connections checked for proper flow and functionality. The soakaway installation has been successfully completed in accordance with current UK Building Regulations (Part H) and industry standards. The works involved excavation to the required dimensions, installation of a soakaway crate system wrapped in geotextile membrane, and connection of surface water drainage into the new system. The excavation was then backfilled with suitable materials and compacted in layers to ensure stability. All disturbed areas have been fully reinstated to their original condition, and the site has been left clean, safe, and free from debris. The system is now fully operational and designed to provide effective long-term surface water drainage.

The existing Windsor trap was identified as the cause of recurring blockages and was therefore removed. The drainage system was modified to form a straight-through pipe configuration, improving flow and reducing the risk of future obstructions. Following this, the line was patch lined to repair any defects and reinforce the internal condition of the pipe. The system has been tested and is now operating efficiently.

Three patch repairs have been installed to the foul drainage line from the soil vent pipe (SVP) beneath the property due large cracks and breaks, this had restricted access, excavation was not feasible; therefore, the repairs were completed using internal patch lining methods.
