Sparkling Clean York Ltd are looking for a new team member to join us as a domestic cleaner for 16 hours a week over 3 days with the possibility of more hours if needed.

✨ STAYING SANE DURING THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS ✨

Having a cleaning service can massively help and take the pressure off the housework during summer whether it’s a regular clean or one off clean but let’s all admit it’s a long 6 weeks to get through.

This is from my dog walk earlier but what do you do to stay sane?

- getting fresh air
- exercise
- reading a book
- organise play dates
- good old fashioned glass of wine
