Another day, another fake Google review.

Today we received a 4-star review from someone who has never used our services. The review wasn’t even feedback about our business. it was an advertisement offering to sell 5-star reviews and remove negative reviews from Google via WhatsApp.

This is the kind of nonsense small businesses have to deal with. We work hard to earn genuine reviews from real customers, only to have our profile targeted by people trying to game the system and profit from fake ratings.

Reviews are supposed to help customers make informed decisions, not be a marketplace for scams.

We’ve reported the review and hope Google removes it quickly. In the meantime, thank you to all of our genuine customers who take the time to leave honest feedback it means far more than any fake 5-star review ever could.

I would like to sincerely apologize to all of my customers, especially those whose appointments I have had to rearrange.

Unfortunately, my carpet cleaning machine has broken down unexpectedly, which has caused some disruption to my schedule. I understand how inconvenient this can be, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

I will be making a trip tomorrow to get the machine repaired as quickly as possible, and I am doing everything I can to minimize any further delays.

Thank you for your continued support and for bearing with me while I get this sorted. I will keep everyone updated and will be in touch regarding any rescheduled appointments.
