I want to address something that genuinely upsets me as a business owner: providing a service, putting in my time, effort, skills and dedication, only to be left chasing payment for work that has already been completed.
These last few weeks I’ve had to spend my weekends and evenings chasing payments while also trying to book people in before Christmas.
Behind every business is a person, a family and bills to pay. I pay my invoices on time, I’d just like that same respect returned.
If you are struggling to pay, please just let me know rather than leaving your calls and messages unanswered for weeks.
I am a small local business who relies on your honesty and remembering that, I too, have bills to pay.
To those that do pay on time and keep me updated with when payment will be made, thank you again for your continued respect.
