🧺 We’re Hiring! Laundry & Office Assistant 🧺

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team at Squeaky Clean Cleaners, based at Clifton Moor, York.

This is a flexible, part time role, perfect for someone looking to top up their income alongside a 9 to 5 job, or for someone retired who would like a few extra hours each week.

Hours
• Minimum 4 hours per week, split over 2 days
• Early mornings or evenings (for example 5am-7am or 7pm-9pm)
• Plenty of opportunity for additional overtime

What you’ll be doing
🧺 Washing, drying, folding and sorting holiday let laundry
🧺 Ironing holiday let linen and clothing to a high standard
🧺 Washing and preparing cleaning cloths
🧺 Restocking cleaning products and kits for our cleaning teams
🧺 Helping to keep our laundry and storage areas organised

What we’re looking for
✔️ Someone who takes pride in their work
✔️ Excellent ironing skills with good speed and attention to detail
✔️ Reliable and trustworthy
✔️ Happy working independently
✔️ Flexible and willing to help where needed

Pay
💷 £12.71 per hour

We’re a friendly, family run business and are happy to work around the right person’s availability wherever possible. If you’re organised, enjoy keeping things in order, and aren’t afraid of a bit of hard work, we’d love to hear from you.

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here recently!

We’ve been in the middle of our busiest time of the year with end of tenancy cleans and holiday let changeovers, and it’s been all hands on deck.

We’ve been fully booked every single day for the past month, helping landlords, letting agents and holiday let owners get their properties ready for new tenants and guests. 🏡✨

A huge thank you to all of our amazing team for their hard work, and to all of our customers for keeping us so busy. We really do appreciate every booking.

Now that things are starting to settle down a little, we’ll be back to sharing more before and afters, cleaning tips and updates over the coming weeks.
