At H&J Premium Car Care, we work hard to keep our prices fair and ensure we can offer appointments to everyone who needs us. To make this possible, we have introduced a clear cancellation policy for all bookings:

✅ Our Policy:
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 appointments without charge.
• A 3rd cancellation will result in you being permanently restricted from booking future services with us.

We understand plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we allow 2 cancellations. However, last-minute changes leave empty slots we cannot always fill, which affects our ability to run smoothly and serve all customers fairly.

We really appreciate your support and understanding — we’re here to keep your car looking its best, and we want to keep things fair for everyone.
