A customer brought in his Bmw M3 competition. He wanted it to be brought back to its showroom shine.
We didn’t hesitate to take on the job and ensured the customer, it will be in the showroom condition he picked it up in.
We started off with a Detailed wash, and sprayed an W6 Gtechniq iron and general fallout remover and a deep detail alloy wheel clean, using Auto Glym Magma wheel clean and soft bristle brush to get off the stubborn brake dust.
As there was a lot of tar on the vehicle, we used W7 Gtechniq Tar and glue remover and removed the tar spots, going around the whole vehicle.
Before applying any polish we clay barred the whole vehicle removing contaminants and pollutants.
The next stage was to apply a base polish, to bring back the shine in the paintwork, we used yet again another Autoglym Polish, called Ultra Deep Shine, which was applied by hand and buffed using a micro fibre cloth.
To protect the vehicle and give it a gloss finish the last stage was to apply a carnauba wax, the product which we used was Bilt Hamber - Double speed wax.
This wax has a high durability, even after repeat washes and gives a good protection for the upcoming winter months.

Earlier this week we had a VW transporter, brought into us. The owner had given it to his bodyshop, for a machine polish/mop to eliminate swirls and scratches and enhance the colour.
Unfortunately the job was carried out to a very poor standard and left the paintwork with holgrams swirls and scratches.
Luckily for the customer, we was happy to help and rectify the problems and restore the customers pride and joy.
Firstly we started off with an Auto Glym product called, Liquid Clay to remove the contaminants and ensure a smooth surface prior to polishing followed by a shampoo wash and dry.
The vehicle is further prepared by masking off all rubber trims, plastic trims and lights to avoid polish flicking and staining.
A fine cutting paste is applied to our polishing pads and machine polished, using our Flex Dual action polishers, we use both 150mm pad for larger flatter body panels and the smaller 75mm polishing pad and machine for smaller and hard to get areas.
The vehicle was then machine polished with our dual actiion flex polishers, with a product called Sonax Perfect Finish.
Sonax perfect finish has a cut of 4/6 and gloss of 6/6, which took out any imperfections which were left and left a perfect gloss finish.
The final stage was to a apply a wax sealant. The product we used was called Bilt Hamber - Double speed Wax. The paste wax contains carnauba wax and hydrophobic polymers which provides outstanding durability even after repeat washes.
The carnauba wax within the product , gave a deep rich glossy, highly water repellent film, which would give minimum of 6 months protection.

Want that high gloss finish & added protection......?
Here at Imperial Valeting & Detailing Centre, we offer a premium high gloss hydrophobic protective coating.
The product is from the Auto Glym range, called Polar Seal.
Polar Seal is applied after the washing and rinsing stage. The product is sprayed all over the vehicle, except for the windscreen. It is then rinsed off with our high pressure jet, and then chamois dried by our staff outside.
The results are instant.....the high gloss finish and the beading from rain.

Wheels looking dirty.....stubborn brake dust?
Look no further.....
Here at Imperial Valeting and Detailing Centre, we will have your wheels looking like the forecourt shine that caught your eye.
We only use the best products. We carry out a detail alloy wheel clean, using an Auto glym product called Magma. Magma is sprayed across the alloys and is left for 3-5 minutes. The Magma reacts to any iron particles on the surface and turns red as it starts to dislodge them. It is further agitated with a soft bristle wheel brush making sure all areas of the wheel are covered and finally rinsed off with our a high pressure jet wash.

Unfortunately a customer brought in his BMW, X5 which was vandalised, by gloss paint being splattered across the vehicle.
The customer was upset, and thought the vehicle’s paintwork was ruined.
Fortunately for him, here at Imperial Valeting & detailing, we were happy to help and offer our services in this bad situation.

The car had the gloss paint removed by the quality products which we use and hard work of our staff members.

As part of our detailing process, we clay barred the whole vehicle removing any contaminants on the paint aswell as a detail alloy wheel clean.
This was followed by a machine polish with a very light compound , to enhance the colour and remove any swirl marks within the top layer of the laquer.
The vehicle was then washed again and machine polished, by using the finest products supplied by Autoglym.
To add further protection to the paintwork, the vehicle had a carnauba wax applied, and machine buffed.
An ‘Imperial Special” (Inside & Out) was carried out with paper mats and an autoglym air freshener as complimentary.
This could of easily been a expensive repair bill at the bodyshop, but fortunately for the customer a service provided at a fraction of the price, with excellent results.
We like to live up to our name as
