Twinkle Time Cleaning Services – Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations

All quotations are based on the information provided by the client. If, upon arrival, the property is found to require a significantly higher level of cleaning than described, the quotation may be revised, or the work may be declined.

2. Property Condition

Clients are responsible for accurately describing the condition of the property. A refresh clean, general clean, deep clean and end of tenancy clean are different services with different pricing. If the condition of the property differs substantially from the original description, an additional charge will apply or a new quotation will be provided.

3. Attendance Fee

Once a booking has been confirmed, the appointment time is reserved exclusively for the client. If I attend the property and the work cannot proceed because the property has been misrepresented, is unsafe, or requires a different level of cleaning than agreed, the agreed booking fee is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged up to 100% of the agreed booking fee.

5. Access

The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If I am unable to gain access, a call-out charge or the full booking fee may apply.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clean unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable where an appointment has been reserved and attended.

7. Health & Safety

Twinkle Time Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or stop work if the property is considered unsafe, contains hazardous materials, excessive mould, pest infestations, biohazards, or any conditions that were not disclosed before booking.

8. Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the clean, please notify me within 24 hours so I have the opportunity to resolve any genuine concerns.

9. Damage

While every care is taken, any existing damage or delicate items should be pointed out before cleaning begins. Twinkle Time Cleaning Services is fully insured.

10. Acceptance

By booking a service with Twinkle Time Cleaning Services, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

A little milestone I'm really proud of... 😊

Tomorrow I'll be carrying out my first clean for an estate agent! It's a fantastic opportunity, and I'm so grateful that all the hard work is starting to pay off.
