Just a polite message to clients or potential clients we no longer work on a hourly rate each job will be priced in accordance to what needs to be done 👍

What does this mean for existing clients ??

No price change but if the job is completed in less time than expected your price will not be adjusted . It’s quite common once we are familiar with the home things take less time … that doesn’t mean the job is worth less or we aren’t working to the same standard.

Can I ask for extra things to be done ? ….not if your wanting to pay the same price 👍

New clients : no job will be quoted without an initial visit to assess what needs to be done 👍 you will then be sent a quote based on THE JOB NOT THE TIME IT TAKES

It’s simply not fair for one client to be paying the same hourly rate as another when the jobs are very different and some require much more work .

Food for thought 💭 if a cleaner always has availability it’s a reflection on there services.
