Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD are a 5* rated and reviewed, 2018/ 2019 award winning company based on our work and first class client before and after customer service support. Our diaries are completely filled with one off callouts such as end of tenancy, move in move out, biohazard, trauma, emergency call outs, forensic clinical deep cleans and Infection control events. On 28th March 2020 at the

beginning of the Pandemic we were identified as an essential service in the fight against the Coronavirus (although our first infection control clean was in 2010) and have been operating since. During the Pandemic we have performed professional infection control emergency cleaning services at over 80 schools in Telford, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Lancashire, Leicester and more. We are not Cleaners... we are Professionals.

Results are in from a recent Containment Level III (CL3) validation study conducted at a leading research facility in London. The objective of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of the Sanondaf disinfection system for use within a Containment Level III environment.

The validation successfully demonstrated that hydrogen peroxide can be used as an effective and validated alternative to formaldehyde for facility decontamination, the validation was carried out on two labs.

As laboratories and research facilities continue to seek safer and more sustainable decontamination solutions, validated hydrogen peroxide technologies offer a compelling alternative to traditional formaldehyde-based methods that are increasing difficult to justify under current legislation

We are very pleased to officially welcome Madi Baugh to the team.

After several months working with us behind the scenes and being tested and trained across trauma response, biohazard protocols, and infection control — Madi is now stepping into her role as our Regional Key Account Manager.

Madi will be representing Sanondaf Shropshire and Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD, supporting relationship-building across housing, property, legal, education (schools/colleges/universities), and other specialist and compliance led sectors across Shropshire and the West Midlands.

She’ll also help ensure our standards are upheld from planning and preparation, right through to final inspection and after care service.

Another undiscovered after death clinical deep clean fully cleared and decontaminated after Police forced entry due to a sewage leak and welfare check after smells interfered with local shops next door in Telford.

Full forensic sweep and removal of Paramedic materials left and full uplift of all items including carpets, full high spectrum disinfection of sewage leak and back in safe condition for a new tenant.

It is sad when we do these but we take comfort in knowing that even if the next tenants have young children playing on the floors or babies crawling over them they are completely safe.

We can even run indicator or validation tests and take swabs to be cultured in a lab through our sister company if something very dangerous was in there to ensure the microbe kill was effective and officially document safe levels.

We are getting daily mould and yeast infection calls at the moment.

People are realising how dangerous and life threatening mould can be (check out our post yesterday!)

So pleased that a new client Heather was motivated to leave this within 30 minutes of coming home to our work. The mould was much worse than it looked in photos above. We also removed white mould and the yeast infection alongside the black mould.

They also complimented our detailed quotes which are often over 6 pages long and we go into all the details including SOP, health and safety and even include our licences and validation paperwork.

With several councils and landlords turning to us as the number one Shropshire rated specialist mould and infection control company we are seeing almost nightmare levels of .

Did you know...

- Mould breathed in get into your bloodstream which the body often cannot remove cause toxic and often fatal results especially with those who have respiratory conditions and can trigger chest infections and even result in death building over time.

- Professional mould removal requires advanced technology which goes far beyond a cloth and spray. If a cleaning company comes with only a cloth and spray it is impossible for them to fully remove mould as it hides in walls too small for sprays or cloths to reach and is floating around the room, inside your extractors, inside vents, behind your kitchen units etc.

- Many companies attempt to use fogging technology but can be dangerous and without the professional EN rating that requires them to operate them successfully. Backpack sprayers for example are extremely dangerous and may not be covered by insurance of the company due to how they operate and can even cause electrical shocks that can cause massive hazards to your home and the operator.

New standards are coming into place to ensure professional fogging machines, solutions and methods meet a certain standard of EN17272. We have met this standard through our sister company in 2022 with validation paperwork available on request.

Mould requires professional training and experience.

We have confidentially taken care of women escaping abusive relationships and people with partners who are being released from prison and are relocating to another part of the country and need their previous residence completely erased of their possessions and links to where they are going (even storing confidential items in our large storage unit)

We even sign confidentiality agreements with certain companies that we won't disclose the type of work we've done... one being a previous power station in Telford that no longer exists so we can mention it.

Not in our hazmats tonight!

We have had some mad challenges in 2023, so tonight was a company thank you meal at .group

Joel - thanks for dropping everything when we've had emergencies, thanks for sticking with me on 14 hour work days and for rearranging night outs so you've been able to stick with me till 2am some mornings. (5 years, 6 months service)

Katy - thanks for being there and giving it 110% even on days when you've had no sleep. I would put your level of cleaning and skill up against anyone. Thanks for setting the pace for us all to keep up with and diving headfirst into filth 🤣. (2 years, 6 months service)

Reuben - the baby of the team! Looking forward to seeing you handle a hazmat suit and respirator in 35 degree heat 🤣 you bring an enthusiasm and energy to the team and your a darn good cleaner too! (4 months service)

New branding for stationary complete for upcoming exhibitions! We went for a lovely two tone blue as we now work toward supplying more specialist emergency response calls with the NHS, Clinics, dentists, hospitals, veterinary hospitals and smaller surgeries alongside our other specialist work along with our sister company

What a challenging year!!!!

We've dealt with some of the weirdest situations in our many years of service.

We've also dealt with a heartbreaking 900% increase in suicides, accidental and expected deaths and some deaths even undiscovered for several months.

Our emergency callouts have increased by 400% which has us responding at short notice on top of the full diaries we have already.

Disease outbreaks, heavy mould events posing threat to life, suicides, crime scenes, violent crime, violent county line bases, drug dens, squatter break ins, SECTION 21s, hoarders, biohazard clearances, clinical deep cleans, airborne infection decontamination have had us flat out most weeks. We even have a security guard Company on call now! Crazy times.

In fact, we haven't performed a standard end of tenancy for about 5 months! We may be stopping these in 2024.

We've also at our last count donated over £10,000 of items to desperate families and parents who simply don't have basics not even food much of the time.

Three months on and families are still benefitting from food we've been able to donate from various sources. 🥰

Our lines are open 24/7/365 as usual we are closed for callouts on 25th/ 26th December and 1st/2nd Jan but our reception lines are still open on those days for calls.
