A Personal Apology & Honest Update

I want to personally apologise to the few customers who currently have jobs waiting to be sorted.

I also want to be completely honest about what’s been happening behind the scenes.

We’ve had a member of staff who has continually let us down, despite being given chance after chance. Unfortunately, this has caused delays with a few jobs and has put me under a huge amount of stress.

To make matters worse, I’m currently very unwell with a fever and being sick. I feel extremely weak and helpless at the moment, and I’m struggling to function properly.

I feel embarrassed and upset that things have got to this point because I take a lot of pride in looking after my customers and doing what I say I’m going to do.

I've had another lad helping me in the afternoons around his other job. He's insured on my van to drive the roofer around and help foot the ladder, but he isn't a roofer and isn't able to carry out roofing work himself.

Unfortunately, our roofer failed to turn up again today, which has left me with no choice but to replace him.

I’m now going to get a reliable replacement roofer sorted ASAP and get through the few outstanding jobs waiting.

I completely understand the frustration and disappointment this has caused.

All I can do is sincerely apologise. ❤️

Thank you to everyone affected for your patience and understanding. I will get this sorted as soon as I possibly can and i also know we've a customer really angry with the situation but I've all the messages from me to my roofer for weeks and its emotionaly broken me how many times he's not turned in and left me with the stress and embarrassment 💔

🏠 ANOTHER JOB COMPLETED IN CHESHIRE! 🏠

Another roofline job completed for a very happy customer! 👌

This job was originally booked as a full capping job, and after inspecting the existing roofline, the majority of the fascia and soffit was in good enough condition to be capped.

However, the garage section had rotten timber underneath, so we advised the customer that the correct long-term solution was to remove the rotten timber and carry out a full replacement on the garage rather than simply cover the problem up. 🔨
