Something I've never wanted to say as a business owner

The first few times this has happened I've understood and been patient and got booked in again, but now it's happening more often i need to address it.

Please if you have a booking with us for any kind of service, can you please let me know if you're unable to make the slot, not only does it affect me but it's also causing issues for other clients that have spaces booked in as well.

Now I understand if it's an emergency that can't be helped and I do know the majority of my clients stuck to their slots but please if you can't let me know and it can be rearranged in advance.
