🌞Holidays 🌞

Just to let all existing clients know early, I’ll be away from 20th May returning on 2nd June.

I will have no access to messages during this time. I do say that alot and still reply 😂🫣 but I won’t for the best part of it.

Can I ask that all payments are made on the day of the clean please so I’m not messaging anyone at the end of the week and Fridays are made earlier please. That would be so appreciated and something we’re asking for each week, I do spend a lot of time asking for payments.

Kelly’s number will be provided on my auto reply for anything urgent related to the day of the clean.

During school holidays we cannot provide times, our work loads are busier and most clients are off with the little ones so working around a lot.

I know it’s super helpful but unless you’ve heard from me in advance, the girls will come as usual within the day.

It’s a job I couldn’t do” — I’ve heard that a few times this week, and I wanted to touch on it.

I’m incredibly proud of my business and the amazing team behind it. They are genuinely kind, hardworking people with an unmatched work ethic, and I’m so lucky to have them.

This journey has taught me more about myself than I ever imagined — the resilience, patience, and constant effort it takes to build and nurture something meaningful. It doesn’t stop… evenings, weekends, long days — we show up every time.

We’re not perfect — we’re human. We work under time pressures, unexpected delays, traffic, and the reality of each client’s busy lives.

But one thing I can say with complete honesty: we never stop trying in your homes. We always give our best.

All I ask is that cleaners, not just my business and staff but all cleaners are met with the same kindness and compassion we aim to give. We’re out in all conditions, juggling busy schedules, and doing our absolute best every single day.

To all my wonderful clients — thank you. I’m so grateful for your support, and I can’t quite believe how far this business has come.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder about payment terms.

All cleans should be paid on the day of the clean. At the moment, I’m spending a lot of extra time on Fridays chasing payments and then waiting for them to come through.

I completely understand that delays can happen occasionally, but I want to be transparent — I’m running a business with bills, wages, and other commitments to manage. Late payments add a significant amount of admin time, often spilling into my personal time.

Going forward, I kindly ask that:

All outstanding payments are made by Friday at 12pm

Friday cleans are paid by 4pm at the latest

If payments are consistently delayed, I may need to move to a cash-only policy to avoid ongoing issues.
