As a lot of you are aware as I don't shy away from it I suffer with mental health issues.
I suffer daily but some days are worse than others and at the moment it's the hard days again.
I'm doing this post as I have no intentions on cancelling any jobs as staying active keeps me focused and sitting at home is the worse thing to do. But if I am at your home cleaning and I don't respond im not being ignorant it means I have headphones in with music and trying to be the best person I can be and do my job 💯 if I don't then the quietness makes my mind overthink so much and anxiety gets worse.
As its not something I do with headphones ect I didnt want anyone thinking badly that I'm ignoring you or being ignorant so I thought it's best to do this post.
I'm not looking for sympathy as so many people suffer daily I just wanted to explain. Hope you understand x
