This is the issue I face when people don’t return my hangers. I have 2 big loads to do today and this many hangers to do them with. Both customers not returning hangers.

Yes, I could fold. But I don’t do folding as it DOUBLES my time.

I am formally introducing missed and late cancellation fees as I cannot stomach the loss of income. My minimum fee is £25 so please be prepared to pay this amount.

Late cancellation is 48hrs beforehand to enable me to attempt to fill the slot.
