I’m delighted to invite you to another online Menopause Yoga Session focused on easing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, offering you a gentle, nurturing space to rest, reset, and reconnect.
This session blends modern medical understanding with ancient eastern wellbeing practices to support both your body and mind during this powerful stage of life. These tools have helped me enormously through my own journey with menopause, stress, and anxiety, and I’m passionate about sharing them with you.
During the session, you’ll be guided through gentle yet effective practices, including yoga and movement suitable for all abilities, calming breathwork and meditation, and simple Cognitive Behavioural Therapy–based tools to steady your thoughts and emotions.
We’ll explore how hormonal changes can affect your mood, stress levels, and energy, and how you can support yourself naturally through moments of anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, and low mood.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling more relaxed, supported, and empowered, with practical tools you can use anytime to restore calm, improve sleep, and feel more in control.
Just as importantly, this is a space for connection. You’ll be joining a small, supportive circle of women who truly understand what you’re going through — a safe, welcoming environment to share, listen, and realise you are not alone.
