From start to finish, 77 Bedford Place is now fully complete and it’s looking incredible with the scaffolding finally down.🏠🔨

We’ve carried out the works on this ,including brand new fascia, soffits, and deep flow guttering, four chimney re-leads, and a complete re-slate with detailed slate work to the front. We also installed a new torch-on gully, fitted a Velux window, and finished everything off with newly bedded clay hips and ridges.

Massive credit to the lads for their hard work on this one ,a top quality finish all round and a result we’re proud of. Spot on ✔️

Full repoint completed along with new chimney flashings ,properly welded and cladded to last. The old work was a complete bodge by previous “roofers”, so we stripped it back and did it the right way.

Solid and watertight.💪

We’ve reused the original slates where possible, installed new lead hips and flashings, and completed the job with a new fibreglass roof and gully.
