Hello to all my customers.
I hope you are well.
I thought I would send a message to you all regarding a slight change in my pricing regarding cleaning services and my reason for doing so.

I have monitored the inflation increase over the last 6 months (april) and have been avoiding increasing prices in hope that the cost of living would level out but as you are all aware it has not unfortunately.

The cost of products/electric/petrol have all risen this year which has affected us all including myself .
I require these essentials to enable me to provide a service to yourselves but unfortunately over the last 6 months with the increase of living and my own household bills increasing I have been running at a loss which is why I have been given no other option than to increase my prices.

I appreciate this this may affect some of you and I can only apologise, this is the main reason I have put off doing it for so long.
The increase is to purely cover the cost/increase of products/petrol and electric.
An additional increase of £2 per hour will start the 1st of November 2023.

I would like to thank you all for your custom and support and massively appreciate your understanding given the current climate.

😊💕Polite reminder to all customers.…if payment isn’t received within 24hrs after your clean, unfortunately your slot for the following week will be cancelled. Also 48hrs needed for cancellations prior to clean or you’ll still be charged. Many thanks 😊 💕
