Good Morning,
Going forward, during any school holiday periods, I will be reducing my working days from five days per week to three. As a result, I won’t be able to be as flexible or accommodating with swaps, extra appointments, or “swooping days” as I usually am, as I have a regular rotation of clients to accommodate.
My cancellation and deposit policies will also be enforced more strictly during these periods, as I will be covering childcare costs.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding while I balance running my business and raising two young children.
