Well !!!! that’s the end of our 4 week period of adjusting all our routes to align with the new collection days and what a month it’s been. Through the 10 years of running this business it’s never been a more stressful time. North Lincolnshire Council we still can’t get our heads around what possessed you to change the rounds in such way! It just doesn’t make sense. But team Wheelie Clean have adapted, adjusted and overcome whatever you’ve thrown at us. We’ve had ups and downs but finished on a high!
There has been a lot of admin hours gone in to this and it’s such a relief to finally have the rounds more or less locked in!
Thank you to all our customers for their patience!
And a big welcome to our new customers that have jumped on board 🗑️ 💦

Guys if your bill is £12 or over can we please make payment. We don’t work for free I’m afraid.
We have too many on our list that owe over £12.
For example - Imagine 200 people owing £12! That’s £2400!
Unfortunately it’s a lot more than 200 that owe more than £12 🤯

Apologies to our customers around the Bob Rainsforth area in Gainsborough that didn’t get their bin cleaned yesterday.
Not sure what the bin men were playing at going half way down some streets and then disappearing.
William did wait till nearly 5pm but there was no sign of them so we had to call it a day.
Hopefully back to normal next time 😊

It would make life a lot easier for our crew if we can just clean your bin and then move onto the next one instead of writing/posting a ticket which can be time consuming. Instead you’ll receive a payment text with the details shortly after your bin has been washed

Well it’s been a stressful and challenging year for us at Wheelie Clean. From getting the right paperwork and permits to purchasing new vans and equipment. You’d think that’s it, we’ve cracked it!… but no, we’ve hit some obstacles along the way with machinery breaking down and problem after problem with the vans. But thanks to our fantastic customers that use us all year round we thrive to carry on! We can’t thank you all enough!
