Great way to start a new week with a property clearance! This was half shop half home in Brigg which was left in such a state by the tenant.
We came in cleared the whole building throughout and skipped everything then gave it a clean through ready for the Decorators and builders!

Another busy week at Maids for you, we were approached by a client to completely clean this property from top to bottom and tackle the jungle of a garden ready to prepare the property for sale.

The client called us last Thursday, we had the initial consultation on Friday and we then started Monday and finished yesterday promptly for the estate agents visit today.

The property has been in such a unkempt, dirty and neglected state for quite some time, from limescale and stained baths and sinks, rancid loos, muck filled carpets, walls lathered with marks and evidence of pets in the property, so when the client asked us to bring back his property to life we relished the challenge!!!

We cleaned evey nook and crany, skirtings, light fittings, cupboards, wardrobes, carpets and bathrooms to make this property clean, fresh and ready for the estate agents.

We even tackled the jungle of a garden and cut back all the overgrown bush's and plants, strimmed back the grassed areas, and pruned the lower trees and hedges to finally open up the potential for prospective buyers to see.

We also disposed of all of the waste for the client with our waste disposal licence so the client could be sure that all matters were delt with correctly.
