Window Cleaning Worker Wanted – Join Our Family-Run Business!

Are you looking for a rewarding, physically demanding job with a great team? We are a family-run business, and we are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team.

Position: Window & Exterior Cleaning Worker
Location: Isle of Wight (meet in sandown)
Work time: 8:00-16:30
Days: 4 days a week (with the possibility to increase to 5 days)
Pay: TBD but with potential for increases as your skills and experience grow

The work will mainly involve:
* Window cleaning
* Fascia and gutter cleaning
* Gutter clearances
* Roof cleaning
* Pressure washing
* Other exterior cleaning services

What we’re looking for:
* Strong and physically fit (the job can be physically demanding)
* Excellent work ethic and commitment
* Great customer service skills – you’ll be interacting with clients directly
* Trustworthy, reliable, and someone who takes pride in their work
* Previous experience is an advantage but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person!
* You will be working alongside an experienced team member, and as a family-run business, we value trust, teamwork, and reliability
* This is a self-employed position, but we require consistent attendance on set days of work

Our business, Final Finish Window & Exterior Cleaning, has been continued in loving memory of Harvey Callieu, who founded it.
This business holds immense sentimental value to me, and it means more than just a business – it’s a tribute to someone very special.
We approach our work with professionalism, but also with heart, as we believe in upholding Harvey’s legacy.
