Just in time for the Easter weekend this lorry was collected last Thursday.
Built on a brand-new Iveco 7.2T chassis and custom designed by the client to include everything they need to transport all sizes, from Shetlands upwards.
The partitions in this herringbone layout have partition flaps at the front so the smaller travellers cannot squeeze through the gap! These boards swing so you can still access each stall and are removeable should you not want to use them.
Painted in Mangrove Green with personalised decals, this lorry has so many extras!

The first of two horseboxes to go out before Easter was this stunning 7.2T Iveco Daily.
Collected by the owner and making its inaugural trip all the way across the Scottish border.
Stalled for three herringbone it features two different styles of partitions. The first is a full solid which means the third stall (nearest the living) can be used for storage for stay aways like bales, wheelbarrows and tack boxes.
The second with three quarter solid, quarter rubber and with grilled head divider.
There is a camera system and electric fan which is controlled from a remote in the cab.
The living has:
Part wood and part carpet interior
Full wet room with shower and loo
Hot air heating
Hot water
Large fridge
Hob and oven
Top cupboards both sides
Full height wardrobe
Tv
Living windows both sides
L-shaped seating to maximise the social aspect which also becomes a pull-out bed
The leisure battery and vehicle battery have a dual solar unit on the roof to keep things topped up when away.

At the end of the rainbow there is normally a pot of gold but in this case there is our latest 3.5T new build and last one before Christmas.
The horsebox area has a full-length collapsible breast bar, electric skylight and fan, a removeable saddle rack and double emergency doors into the grooms area.
There is a top shelf for extra above-head storage, a fold-down table and the seats convert into a bed for summer camps.
The paintwork was designed by the client and finished with a personalised logo.

This stylish 3.5T was collected earlier in the week by our client who came to us knowing exactly what he wanted to ensure it suited his horse due to the fact it gets claustrophobic easily.
The breast bar is fully removeable and with the maximum stall length this gives plenty of head room at the front.
The partition height has been slightly lowered to give the feeling of more space,
combined with our two horse head windows, double ceiling vents and small vent window there is lots of light.
There is an external tack locker for two saddles, bridles and extra hooks with an internal top storage compartment with sliding door. Next to this is a hanging rail and a lipped bottom area for boot storage, with more open storage below.
The opposite side has seating with under-seat storage below the cushions.
All this and still 1100kilos of payload.
Finished in metallic paint and silver decals.

It is always gratifying to have the opportunity to build another lorry for a client who originally came to us in 2022 for a 7.2T.
Their smaller lorry has now done its time and needed a stronger upgrade so we built on the same chassis.
Originally rated at a 3.9T, we have also had it downrated to 3.5T so her daughter can drive it.
The grooms area has two saddle racks, four bridle hooks, mirror, coat hanger and the seating slightly raised on one side to allow for tall boot storage!
The horse area has stallion design, with grilled head divider and three-quarter solid partition (various styles are optional), double access doors into the horse area and a wider exit door at the back.
