**** IF I GET 500 LIKES FOR THIS PHOTO I WILL RIDE THE FIRST LEG IN STOCKINGS AND SUSPENDERS, LIPSTICK, WIG, THE FULL WORKS**** Some of you may have seen in the local paper recently that in October myself and 5 friends (Paul Rosenthal, Mark Bunting, Paul Browning, Richard Marchand and Sam Skuce) are riding 1250 km's from St Albans to Marbella in Spain, all in the name of insanity......ooops I mean charity!! We will be leaving from St Michaels Manor in St Albans on 16th October and ride to Portsmouth where we will catch a ferry to Santander, Northern Spain and then ride straight through the middle of Spain to Marbella.

We are trying to raise as much money as we can for two amazing charities, Great Ormand Street Hopital and Grove House Hospice. I can assure you that there isn’t a Bradley Wiggins amongst us so this will be a huge challenge for all of us but one that we are all willing to undertake for some really great causes.

Our aim is to try and raise £10 000 and we are half way there!! I know times are tough right now so any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated.
