Another stellar clean done last time by the local competition. Fan cover not removed, fan not cleaned, oven cleaner left inside the oven and on the fan element causing potential damage. This is unfortunately becoming a very common occurrence with the increase of businesses offering “Professional” oven cleaning 🤦🏼‍♂️🤮
