In order to meet and also exceed your expectations, we need to identify your needs. The best and most efficient way in my view to identify your n
eeds is simply ask... So my question is what are your expectations relating to a Domestic Cleaning Agency? We all know the easiest answer: Someone to clean a house!! This is definitely not what we (Dolly Char Reading) want to know. what we want to know is what you really expect from a Domestic Cleaning Agency. Let me give you an example: Our collaborators are fully insured, vetted and they do have a cleanig experience. For security reasons i think this is fundamental, but is this enough? before we delegate the right collaborator to a client, we set up a small free of charge meeting with our clients, where we can pass a full information about our agency and identify our client requests. Who do you want to see for this meeting? The agency Manager, a representative or the business owner? Can you see where i am coming from?
We will appreciate your suggestions, ideas and we will try to answer any questions you might have.
