Just a quick notice to all our customers.

For vacant or empty properties, full payment is required before work begins.

Unfortunately, after several occasions where we’ve travelled to empty properties booked through social media and payment hasn’t been received, we’ve had to introduce this policy to protect our business.

This does not apply to occupied properties, where payment is due on completion as normal.

We appreciate that this may not suit everyone, but we hope you understand why this policy is necessary.
