Word to the wise… if you are looking to get your carpets upholstery or Hard floor cleaned, please do your research on the person or company claiming to be professional and offering this service.

Would you ask the carpenter to rewire the electrics? Although he may be able!which one is he giving good quality knowledge and service and which one is he just doing to get a little extra money as he’s there??

Here at Total Detail we are not a general cleaning company offering many services!
We offer One a professional detailed Carpet Upholstery & Hard floor cleaning and restoration service.

First, cost if they are cheep why? Are they using good quality cleaners and equipment fit for purpose.

Second, if they are offering deals/discounts or cheep offers most likely they chasing money and not giving quality as you can’t do both.

Third are they giving the job the full detail and time needed. A lot of time some may try and be quick as possible skipping or not completely following the steps needed properly, again chasing jobs & time not quality.

Shockingly hearing a couple of companies lately are happy with either just making the furnishings look clean or using faulty equipment resulting in a poor clean. This completely cheating the customers😡

Had a few enquiries lately with regards pet smell’s, and where other carpet cleaners have been and there is still an issue.

Pet odors are more complex than a simple “bad smell.” Different types of contamination behave differently, which is why some odors disappear easily while others keep coming back.

This is why a full understanding of the issue is paramount and understanding the sauce with the correct method is the only way to deal with these efficiently.

Protein-Based Pet Smells

Pet urine, saliva, vomit, and accidents contain proteins, uric acid, and organic matter. When these materials dry, they bond to carpet fibers, upholstery fabrics, and padding.

These smells:
