Due to continued expansion, we’re looking for experienced and hardworking Drainage Engineers to join our friendly, professional team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work, enjoy a varied hands-on role, and want to be part of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Drainage Engineer, you’ll be involved in a wide range of drainage and groundwork projects across Devon & Cornwall, including:

* Excavations and groundwork
* Drainage blockage diagnosis and clearance
* Patch lining and structural drain repairs
* Planned and reactive drainage maintenance
* Emergency call-outs and out-of-hours work.

We’re seeking reliable, motivated individuals who have:

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in drainage, civils, or groundwork
* Good knowledge of drainage systems, fault finding, and repair techniques
* Experience with high-pressure water jetting and CCTV drain surveys (preferred but not essential)
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A professional, customer-focused attitude
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
