Just a reminder today is one of our busiest days!! Please tell your guests to arrive at check in time and no earlier!
Last year I received a lot of messages asking when are the cleaners arriving when check in as at 4pm because guests where wanting to go in.
We don’t just clean one property a team of 2 have at least 4-5 properties to get ready please don’t presume your property will be done first as we plan it accordingly.
All requests I’ve honoured to be done first will be done.

All early leavers will be done early if you have let me know!!

Also please don’t allow guests to drop off luggage etc as some things end up being thrown out!! And is put there at there own risk.

Bikes - please no bikes left in property this makes it difficult for the team to clean 🧽

All properties will be done by 4pm I’m also to busy to be updating when your property is ready

Many thanks

The Team x
