Here's a few pictures to show you why check in times are so important.
We don't walk on to clean properties!
We often have lots of hidden mess (which is the worst) and time consuming.
Makeing 5/6 beds in each holiday let is not a 2 minute job.
Showers after a week stay is a difficult clean.
Hoovering after a week stay when they have been at the beach all week is no quick job.
Washing a dishwasher full of dishes by hand is painful lol, quite often guests don't turn them on. And we ain't waiting for hours just for that.
This is why each holiday let has a check in time! We go from 1pm 2pm 3pm and 4pm.
I quit often get messages at 12pm asking was everything ok. Fact is I don't know yet!
Sometimes I have to drive off to replace items like glasses or duvets or bed covers. We don't just carry them with us.
With the busy period in full swing, can you all please remind guests their check in times.
