This was a job that meant a little more than most.

We were asked by the family of a long-standing customer, Nancy, to carry out one final carpet clean before her home is put on the market. Nancy had been a valued customer of ours for many years, and it was an honour to help prepare the house one last time.

When we arrived, the family had left a lovely bottle of champagne for me with a note saying it was from Nancy. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that genuinely touched me.

Running a local business is about much more than cleaning carpets. Over the years, we get to know people, hear their stories, and become a small part of their lives. Customers like Nancy are the reason we love what we do.
