🫧🧽 We Are Hiring 🧽 🫧

We are looking for someone to join our team working on a part time basis. The hours are currently over two days but can expand over time and we can amend the rota to suit you.

Previous cleaning experience is essential . This is on a self employed basis with weekly pay. You must have your own vehicle.

We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy - someone who has great attention to detail . If you think this could be the job for you please send us a private message.

Thank you all so much for being such loyal clients over the years and especially this last year! I know it’s been hard with us sometimes having to juggle things but we have made it work . Thank you for your patience throughout.

We will be reopen from Tuesday 3rd January if possible could you all please amend your standing orders to your date for next year to save having to do refunds please 😊

🎄 C H R I S T M A S - C L O S U R E 🎄

Just a reminder we will be finishing work on Tuesday 20th December and won’t be back until Tuesday 3rd January . We are having a well deserved two weeks off with our families . We hope you all have the most amazing Christmas 🎅🏻 and new year 🌟

‼️IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION ‼️

I am very soft when it comes to cancellation fees and always refund but unfortunately it’s happening on a regular basis and I cannot continue this way so as of today (21st Nov) there will no refunds within the time frame below I’m afraid .

Just a reminder on our cancellation policy below :

CANCELLATIONS —

🔴If you are unable to give 48 hours notice - 50% of the fee will still be owed so we will refund you half 🔴

⚫️If you cancel on the day - the FULL amount will still be owed so no refunds will be provided I’m afraid ⚫️

Without being given any notice we are losing out on hours that could of been offered to other clients that are waiting patiently on our waiting list .

This is also stated within your client agreements which have all been signed and agreed to prior to starting cleaning services with us .

🫧 ‼️ P A Y M E N T S‼️🫧

I still find myself chasing a lot of payments . I hate to be a moaner but please can you ensure you have your standing orders set up as agreed within your customer agreements that everyone has signed . If you do not want to set up a standing order or you are unable to that is fine but please ensure payment is made BEFORE your clean otherwise we will not be able to attend …sadly that is what it has now come to . Sorry for any inconvenience but I find myself constantly chasing payments and it’s so frustrating 😞

✨ P O L I T E - N O T I C E ✨

I keep reading about a bad sickness/diarrhoea bug doing the rounds . Please please if anyone is unwell in your household please cancel your cleans . We would much rather rearrange than risk it. We cannot come until it has been 48 hours since the last bout of sickness .

Covid has also being doing the rounds . Please rearrange your cleans if anyone in your household has covid .

If ever there is any illnesses in your household we would always prefer to rearrange

If any staff become unwell we will always rearrange with you also.
