We're pleased to have been shortlisted for the upcoming East Midlands Business of the Year Awards on Thursday, sponsored by TheBusinessDesk.com.

The categories we're in recognise the positive social impact we're making in our local community, alongside the holistic support and practices we have in place to enable our workforce to thrive 💪

A massive thank you to all our supporters and partners who enable this life-changing work to happen!

We had a fantastic time at the Experian team day last week!

Connie Pringle facilitated micro-volunteering for some of their sales team, helping process our communications data and leads. Matt Parfitt led a packing workshop representing our sister social enterprise, Half the Story 🍪

Great to be able to share about our work and collaborate together outside of our regular cleaning service.

We've been grateful to partner with Lawtech Group Ltd, cleaning the facilities on their construction site, and were pleased that they rated our cleaning service as 5-star.

This job has provided supportive, real Living Wage work for our cleaning team, many of whom have faced major barriers to work 👏 A massive thank you to all the individuals who have made the partnership possible, and we look forward to our continued work together on future projects 🤝

Our Ops Manager Connie had the opportunity to attend the Rushcliffe Business Partnership networking event at Trent Bridge last week! 🏏

It was great to connect with other local business leaders in Nottingham and hear from the East Midlands Chamber of commerce about the support on offer for growing businesses in the local community.

If you're a local Nottingham business interested in adding social value to your supply chain and fancy connecting, we'd love to hear from you.

We received this glowing review from Tim Ladd at Red Umbrella about our cleaning services.

"We have worked with Radiant Cleaners for over 3 years and we are so happy with them, this is such a great company, and our team comment every Friday (our offices get cleaned every Thursday evening) on the attention to detail. Super friendly people too.
We at Red Umbrella really do recommend Radiant cleaners."

Thanks to Red Umbrella, we have created over 465 real Living Wage hours of work over the past three years. It's partnerships like these that enable the opportunity for long-term, sustainable transformation for our team members who face major barriers to work.

Thank you! ☺️
