We recently attended our first Nottingham Partners event, focused on youth employment and the challenges facing those not in education, employment, or training (NEET). A key takeaway was the importance of holistic support in helping young people not just secure jobs, but sustain them, an approach that sits at the heart of everything we do at Radiant Cleaners 💪

In business, it’s expected that you outsmart and outmanoeuvre your competitors.

But why do what's expected?

This gathering of amazing cleaning social enterprises - Clean for Good, Upbeat Clean, JERICHO Cleaning, Argonaut Community Enterprises, and friends from further afield - is the unexpected. Because when we collaborate instead of compete, we see the cleaning industry disrupted, and more life-changing work created on a national scale 👊

We have a new vacancy for a General Cleaner:

📌 Location: NG9 area - with potential of additional hours in and around Nottingham city centre
🕰️Hours: Between 10-15 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday, 5.00PM - 8.00PM (timings have some flexibility)
🧽Scope of role: Potential for additional hours, cover shifts and increased responsibilities into a team leader role
💵Rate of pay: Real Living Wage (currently £13.45 per hour)
📝Terms: Permanent contract, subject to 6 months probationary period

You'll be joining a mission-driven team focused on creating opportunities for those with barriers to work and seeing lives transformed.

👤Position Title: Operations Lead / Manager
📌Location: Nottingham
🕰️Working Hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
📝Terms: Permanent contract (with six months probationary period)
💵Remuneration: £28,760 - £31,000 FTE depending on experience
