Please can ALL customers ensure there cleans are paid for with in 24 hours of your clean. We don’t mind send out polite reminders once in a while we’re all human but this is frustrating when we have to do it often because it takes time out of our day and yours.

If you have not yet paid for the clean you have received this week please can you ensure payment is made by the end of today.

Happy Saturday guys.

This is a gentle reminder that ALL cleans that we attend but are unable to either get into your home or there is something stopping us from being able to provide the clean you will STILL be required to pay the full amount. Failure to pay will result in you being removed from our books and your slot will go.

This is outlined in our terms and conditions.

Please be mindful we still have staff to pay and this is also our full time income.

We also DO NOT tolerate in any way shape or form any disrespect or abuse towards any members of staff including ourselves. This will immediately result in all future cleans being stopped.

Good Morning guys

Happy hump day!

A couple of updates to share with you all !

Firstly a few emails were sent out regarding the price increase for some reason the price was blacked out. These will be resent however we now have some new and exciting news to share so thought it would be best to send it all in one email.

As from the 1st April 2026 we will be rebranding our business. The way we operate is going to change. The email you receive will explain everything.

Please don’t worry your clean will remain the same. your clean will be On the same day and same cleaners.

Unfortunately everyone will receive a price increase. It’s physically impossible not to increase prices due to the rise of everything.
