🪟 Dormer windows are the ones most people give up on.
This one in Bilborough, NG8 had years of built-up grime on the uPVC dormer cheeks. There was no safe spot for a ladder, and the furthest panels were right at the limit of our 35 ft high-reach pole. We extended it fully and worked from the ground. 💪
What was done:

✅ Windows, frames and sills – £58
✅ Gutters, fascias and soffits cleaned – £78
✅ Two rear skylights cleaned
✅ FaceLift RazrWash uPVC cleaner used to break down the staining and bring the white back
⏱ Time on site: 2 hours

🪟 One-off window clean on Derby Road, NG7. Two landlords, two properties, same story.

Both properties had windows that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Ground floor, first floor, and rear extensions with awkward roof access. The kind of job where a water-fed pole alone doesn't always cut it. On the rear extensions we went up with a ladder, worked across the roof, and cleaned every pane properly. No shortcuts.

Moss-packed gutters in Radcliffe on Trent, NG12 - one hour, one returning customer, job done.

This customer first came to us a few years ago for a window clean and was happy enough to call us back, this time for the gutters. The reason? Rainwater overflowing from the front of the house every time it rained.

Once we were up there, we could see exactly why. Both gutter runs were packed solid with moss – not just sitting in the channel but rooted in, holding moisture and completely blocking the flow. The kind of build-up that doesn’t happen overnight and won’t shift with a basic rinse.

We cleared it using our Predator three-engine vacuum system - 3,600 watts of suction working from the ground, no ladders on the gutters, no debris left on the driveway. Before-and-after photos shared with the customer on the day.

One hour. Three-bed semi. Gutters flowing freely again.
