Last thing left to clean whilst we wait for our wee bundle of joy to arrive.

Longest I was off work was Covid so I’m really not taking to this being at home 😆😆

So at 36 weeks today I’ve decided to hang up the mop.
I can’t believe I’ve managed this far as the last few weeks have been a struggle with the heat 🫠
However my body has now said I need a rest.

To everyone who gifted us thank you so much 🥰

I will be back as I’m not one for sitting around and with no one else to take over from me I don’t want to lose my business.

For anyone wanting a car wash during the summer holidays my son ethan has his own wee business on fb Ethan’s detailing/car and looking to keep himself busy 🫶🏻

I will be in touch with everyone once the wee one is here to organise being back.

If someone asked you to work for £10 an hour tomorrow, would you say yes?

The loneliness of cleaning is something nobody really talks about. 🤍

Most days it’s just you… You walk into an empty house. You clean in silence. You move from room to room with nobody to talk to for hours at a time. 🥹

No coworkers. No lunch breaks together. No one to joke around with when the day gets exhausting.
Just you and your thoughts all day long. 👀

People assume cleaning is peaceful, but sometimes it can feel incredibly isolating. Especially on the hard days when life feels heavy and you still have to keep going. 🙃
You can spend your entire day making other people’s homes feel warm, calm, and comfortable… while quietly feeling exhausted and alone yourself. ❤️

A lot of cleaners carry more emotionally than people realize.
