Please make sure to check the cleaning once it has been completed. If you have any concerns, let us know within 24 hours of your service so we can resolve it quickly.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any issues reported after this time. If concerns are raised weeks later it is very difficult for us to determine when or how something may have happened.
