Every now and then, a customer reminds you why you love running a business.
One of our regular customers recently moved just outside our usual working area, but she was keen for us to continue looking after her chimney. Rather than stopping there, she introduced us to neighbours in the village, organised a whole day's worth of work, and before we'd finished, we'd already secured bookings for next year. To top it all off, everyone paid promptly and left us a lovely review.
We always need a flow of new customers, but loyal customers like these are the real foundation of a our sweeping business.
