☀️🥵 IT'S ANOTHER HOT ONE AT IRONED OUT! 🥵☀️

Today is possibly the hottest day of the year, and while we’re cracking on as normal, we just wanted to give everyone a little heads-up that the heat may mean we don’t quite get everything finished today.

We’ll be working as hard as we safely can, but when the irons are hot, the dryers are hot and WE’RE hot… 😂🔥

So please bear with us if your ironing is delayed, we have to put our safety first.❤️

💙 A little summer update from Ironed Out… 💙

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but believe me, it’s not because we’ve been sat doing nothing! 😂

The summer holidays are always one of our busiest times of the year, and while we absolutely LOVE being busy, it’s definitely a bit of a juggle behind the scenes.

The washing machines are going, the irons are working overtime, the diary is full… and at home I’ve got two boys, 17 and 13, who are officially on summer holidays 😂🙈

There’s definitely a bit of mam guilt when they’re home and I’m working.But I also remind myself that this busy season helps fund our family fun, it helps us put a little away, ready for the quieter months later in the year. It’s all part of running a small family business.

So yes, sometimes it’s chaotic. Sometimes it’s a juggle. Sometimes I’m answering messages with an iron in one hand and dinner in the other! 😂

But we are incredibly grateful. ❤️

Grateful for every customer who keeps us busy, every bag of washing that comes through the door, every regular who has supported us for years and every new customer who trusts us with their laundry.

Busy seasons are hard work, but they’re a blessing too. 🧺💙

So if we’ve been a little quieter on social media lately, now you know why!

We’re here, we’re busy, we’re juggling… and we’re very, very thankful. ❤️

It is officially our busiest time of the year we are taking booking 2 weeks in advance, we are running a cancellation list, if you dont have a precooked regular slot you will need to book in advance for ironing. 209 items of bedding washed dried and ironed on top of our regular customers last week meant we had to work today our day off but we are grateful as its allowed me to book a little trip to the F1 museum at Silverstone for our boys so I am one happy Mam, 🙏🥰🙌 I honestly am grateful to all our customers this buisness can take its toll on me some days then other days it lights me up, forever grateful to you all for choosing the ironed out family.😁

As a small, self-employed business, prompt payments really help us keep everything running smoothly. We currently have around 20 outstanding balances, so we'd really appreciate it if any overdue payments could be settled today.
