Heart strings have well and truly been pulled at today. Gets a random text off a young man I done a massive deep clean for a couple of years ago. I found you on Facebook you helped me befor can you help me again? Lots of mental health issues and other neurodivergent issues I remember him saying I don’t like talking to people but I like you. Anyway relationship breakdown between him and social services and fast forward he’s weeks away from being evicted if he doesn’t do something. I don’t have enough money saved but I will try as long as I tell them iv got something in place.
Anyway never considered this befor and probably never will again but because he was massively let down by the care system as a child and young adult monthly payment plan maybe he’s only option. I can’t bare the thought of him becoming homeless he’s been through enough. Think Margie moo is becoming too soft in her old age

When an housing officers says to you it gives me so much peace knowing your going to 2 of my vulnerable tennants cos we can work together to make things better ….love this if all agencies involved communicated more life would be so much easier

There’s a saying if you love what you do youl never work a day in yous life and this weekend is up there with the best in terms of progress made on my biggest job to date! I would never disregard anyone else’s work but what iv achieved alone I watch TikTok’s that take companies a week or more to achieve 🤯 and double the cost ….. but that’s non of my business as long as I’m making a difference to my clients I’m happy

Day one of phase one on a hoarders clean up. Upstairs tackled all in the pictures is for rubbish removal. Back tomorrow to complete down stairs. Flea infested property so once rubbish is gone fumigation will take place and I can do the deep clean. Less than 2 hours on my own to bag up 50 bags of rubbish. Can’t wait to show the after pics (remember no nasty comments or judgement)

The end of this week I will be tackling my biggest job to date for social services with the help of Harley Saunders (won’t let me tag you) declutter flea infestation (fumigation by another company) then back for a deep clean. Keep your eyes peeled for befor and afters. Will not be defeated by any clean regardless of the circumstances 🙌

Tough morning went to a client who’s schizophrenic and doesn’t like to interact but he’s always fine with us. He was in a right state no food in the property toilet was in a right state. A lovely carer turned up whilst I was there necessities sorted fed and watered place cleaned and a call to housing association for the toilet that’s been leeking and previously reported got fixed today …. It’s easy to say oh they won’t let us in it’s how you approach an individual…. Few stern words to the relevant authorities and hopefully he’s a lot more assured and comfortable now …. I don’t just clean I care
