Clean Living – Premium Domestic Cleaning Services
These Terms & Conditions outline the professional standards and policies governing services provided by Clean Living (“the Cleaner”, “I”, “me”) to the Client (“you”)
1. Services Provided
Residential and commercial cleaning services are carried out as agreed at the time of booking.
This may include:
• General Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
• End of Tenancy Cleans
• Or other agreed services
2. Booking & Payment
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Payment is due on the day of service (in advance or within 24 hours). Any payments which are continuously lat
• Prices are confirmed at booking.
• A 50% deposit is required for one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy, and move in/out cleans.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations.
• 48 hours’ notice required for changes to scope of work.
• Late cancellations may incur a £30 fee.
• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property.
Failure to provide access may result in a £30 call-out fee.
5. Contagious Illness Policy
Clients must notify Clean Living at least 24 hours prior if anyone in the household has a contagious illness (flu, COVID-19, stomach virus, etc.).
Failure to notify may result in cancellation fees.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied, please notify Clean Living within 24 hours, and the affected area will be re-cleaned at no additional cost.
7. Client Responsibilities
• Secure pets prior to service.
• Remove fragile or valuable items.
• Clean Living is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Hazardous materials, bodily fluids, and mold infestations are not cleaned.
8. Smoke-Free Environment Policy
Clean Living operates in smoke-free homes only.
Indoor smoking, ni****ne staining removal, smoke damage cleaning, or odour remediation services are not provided.
If indoor smoking is identified and not disclosed, Clean Living reserves the right to decline service and apply a cancellation fee.
9. Liability
Clean Living holds Public Liability Insurance.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.
We are not liable for faulty fixtures or pre-existing structural issues.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal and property information is treated with strict confidentiality.
11. Photos & Social Media
By booking services, clients consent to before/after photographs for promotional use.
• No personal or identifying details will be shared.
• Photos will focus solely on cleaning work.
• Clients may opt out in writing before service begins.
12. Additional Cleaners & Man-Hour Pricing
For larger jobs, additional cleaners may be brought in.
Pricing is based on man hours.
Example:
4 hours × 2 cleaners = 8 man hours charged at the standard rate.
All work is personally overseen to maintain Clean Living’s premium standards.
13. Products & Equipment
All professional equipment and products are supplied.
Clients may request specific products; however, pricing remains unchanged.
14. Keys & Access Codes
Keys and access information are stored securely and used solely for agreed services.
Clean Living is not liable for loss or damage beyond reasonable control (e.g., theft, fire, natural disaster).
Both parties must notify immediately if keys are lost.
