A polite notice to all of my customers.
Over the last few months I have found myself chasing overdue payments, this is extremely frustrating due to the fact I have staff to pay. Due to this we are putting a new payment system into place.
Going forward, from the 1st November there will be a monthly payment system. A message will be sent out to each customer at the end of the month with the date of each clean they have booked in, and the amount to be paid for the month ahead.
Any cleans you’d like to cancel you can therefor tell us for the month ahead and we will not charge you, or book you in.
Cancellations will need at least 48 hours notice, if they are not made you will still be charged.
Thank you for understanding, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. I will message customers individually with their November dates and prices. Payment will then need to be made no later than the 1st November.
