December slots have all been filled and the amount due sent out. These are due by tomorrow.

Unfortunately if they are not paid for we cannot save your spot as we are extremely busy around the Christmas period. 🎄

A polite notice to all of my customers.

Over the last few months I have found myself chasing overdue payments, this is extremely frustrating due to the fact I have staff to pay. Due to this we are putting a new payment system into place.

Going forward, from the 1st November there will be a monthly payment system. A message will be sent out to each customer at the end of the month with the date of each clean they have booked in, and the amount to be paid for the month ahead.

Any cleans you’d like to cancel you can therefor tell us for the month ahead and we will not charge you, or book you in.

Cancellations will need at least 48 hours notice, if they are not made you will still be charged.

Thank you for understanding, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. I will message customers individually with their November dates and prices. Payment will then need to be made no later than the 1st November.

Due to a family bereavement Becky will not be working until Monday the 19th July.

There will also be a closure on the 29th for the funeral.

Notice to all customers.

From the 1st of May there will be a change in pricing.

We will no longer be offering an hourly rate clean. All cleans will be charged per job.

There will be a set price for the size of each house.

Most of our customers will already be on a set price, some of you may not be affected, others may notice a slight price increase in their clean.

This is to cover staff pay increase and an increase in products and fuel costs.

I will send out messages individually to all those affected.

I am so overwhelmed by the amount of gifts myself and my staff have received over the last few days for Christmas.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of my customers, old and new, who have stood by us throughout what has been such a difficult year.

I also want to say a great big thank you to my staff. Without you building up my business, and getting through this year wouldn’t have been possible. You are so appreciated ❤️❤️

Let’s hope that 2021 brings us a better year.

A notice to all customers..

This weekend I will be working on my Christmas calendar. Please take a look at when your clean is due. Staff will be off from the 23rd of December until the 28th.

If you have a clean due over that period and are desperate to be accommodated elsewhere please let me know as we will be working extra hard to fit you in.

On the other hand, if you are wanting to cancel your clean please message me ASAP so I can fill up your space.
