*Job Description:*
As a Marketing, Sales, and Advertising Director, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and directing advertising campaigns, market research, and marketing strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to achieve their objectives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be essential in driving the success of our marketing and sales efforts.

*Requirements:*

- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or sales management roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising
- Experience in managing and training staff

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Liaise with clients to discuss products/services and develop appropriate marketing strategies
- Plan and monitor surveys and analyze customer reactions to products
- Define target groups for advertising campaigns and implement strategies through media planning
- Develop advertising campaigns to effectively convey product image
- Analyze sales figures, advise on marketing campaigns, and monitor promotional activities
- Control recruitment and training of staff
- Stay informed about market trends and advertising rates
- Produce and assess reports and recommendations regarding marketing, advertising, and sales strategies

*Salary and Benefits:*
- Annual Salary: £39,000
- Total Weekly Hours: 48 Hours
- 28 days of annual leave

*Job Description:*
As a Cleaning and Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning and housekeeping tasks within various environments. From recruiting and training staff to supervising daily activities, your role will be pivotal in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

*Requirements:*
- No formal academic requirements, but GCSEs/S grades and/or relevant work experience may be needed in some instances
- BTEC certificates, diplomas, NVQs/SVQs, and degree-level courses in relevant areas are advantageous
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and maintain records
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Recruit or participate in the selection process for cleaning and housekeeping staff
- Conduct staff training and development
- Assign duties and responsibilities to staff and oversee working rotas
- Supervise activities of cleaners and other housekeeping staff, ensuring quality work
- Manage inventory of cleaning and housekeeping supplies
- Arrange replacements for broken tools and handle repairs to fixtures and fittings
- Manage budget for cleaning and housekeeping supplies and maintain expenditure records
