👏 Some quotes from our recent customer satisfaction survey - thank you very much to everyone who answered and left comments and a big well done to everyone on our team for their consistent excellent standards.

🐝 A short video report from a lovely Beekeeping Experience morning we held with the Sharpe Pritchard Solicitors & Parliamentary Agents team.
🌱 They are a company with equally strong sustainability credentials, and after their recent B Corp certification, it was brilliant to spend a few hands-on hours in the apiary, learning about pollinators, their impact on biodiversity, and of course -- fill in a few jars of delicious honey to take home!

❤️ There is no better recognition than hearing words like these from a happy client. "Just wanted to send an email to say again how amazing Judith and Debbie are, they make our office sparkle and we love them."

🙌 A huge thank you to our incredible housekeeping team, Judit and Deborah, at The Seven Stars office. Their dedication, care, and unwavering commitment never go unnoticed. Day after day, they go above and beyond, taking real pride in their work.

💫 Receiving a token of appreciation from Area Manager Samantha Callaway following such wonderful client feedback is a well-deserved recognition of everything they do.

🌍 Eight years ago, we started measuring our carbon footprint with The Planet Mark and we've just been certified for the eighth year running! It's a milestone we're very proud of, as it represents an external, respected organisation measuring every single year and holding us to the same standard.
📉 Scopes 1 and 2 are still at Net Zero, a position we've held since 2024 through renewable electricity and our fully electric fleet. What we wanted to highlight this year is the progress we've made further down our footprint, in the Scope 3 categories that they measure. Those emissions fell by 17% year-on-year, and by 38% relative to our turnover, showing that the reductions are keeping pace and exceeding how the business is growing.
🌱 We plan more work ahead and further reductions; however we are delighted to share the 2025 numbers, which reflect real change rather than just good intentions.

We had a special visit to our apiary at Kennington Park today, introducing our bees to a large group of staff members from one of newest clients - Elliott Wood 🐝.
Here is a little story for you to end the week!

An uplifting end of a week update from one of our amazing area managers, Irina Toma:

👏 I would like to take a moment to recognize Hussein Kayed for his hard work and dedication at White Lion Court. Hussein is a hardworking young man and everyone truly appreciates all his efforts and dedication. Thank you, Hussein, for your outstanding contribution.

❤️ Another big thank you to Daria – who looks after the lovely Fletcher Priest offices – for her support of Hive Cleaning. Through her recommendations, some excellent people have applied to us, and we are very grateful for your contribution. Thank you, Daria, from all of us at Hive Cleaning.

💐 Also, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the supervisor Gabriela Ionita for her kind and thoughtful gesture, when she surprised me with a beautiful bunch of flowers. It was a truly touching gesture, and I am very grateful. Thank you, Gabriela, for your kindness and trust — it means a lot.

⚽ And lastly, one of our lovely sites hosted a wonderful evening for their employees to enjoy one of the World Cup football matches and share a nice moment as a team. It’s always great to see such positive energy and appreciation for the staff.

💛 A lovely note to start the week from our area manager Angela Gaviria:
👏 We are recognising one of our team members with a gift card for his outstanding attitude and commitment.
💪 Despite being with the company for only a short time, he has consistently demonstrated that he is attentive, helpful, and reliable. He is always punctual, takes pride in his appearance by keeping his uniform well-presented, and regularly supports the team by helping with cover shifts when needed.
This recognition is a small token of appreciation for his hard work, professionalism, and positive contribution to the team.
🙌 Thank you for everything you do—we appreciate your dedication and support.

🐝 We are celebrating - read all about these miracle workers and our efforts to support London's urban bees.

👏 Big shoutout to one of our team leaders for taking the initiative on a quieter day and delivering a deep clean down to the finest detail.

🤍 No detail is too small — under carpets, grouting, corners, edges — we go for everything.

❤️ Our area manager Anita Domok took this picture last week - it's the first minute of the retirement of our lovely Sharon Vigar, after years of work with us.

👏 She had started in Supercell, then she moved to the Black Kite morning team. Sharon has always been a true team player with infectious energy and kindness - we will miss her a lot, but we wish her an exciting and restful retirement.
