The role is a hybrid of managing social media and Sales Assistant.
Main Functions of the social media 2 days a week
Responsible for creating and administering content on all paid and organic media of sponsored campaigns, to build an audience and ensure all key results are achieved. The person will implement and optimize campaigns, monitor channels & site metrics, produce reporting and manage budgets.
Research and implement search engine optimization best practices.
Identify technical issues on our site that could be harming their SEO performance and define change requests for the Web team to fix the problems.
Perform ongoing keyword research for the assigned markets.
Analyse keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
Keep updated on latest trends in SEO to avoid search engine penalties.
Provide Content team with clear guidelines for them to create content that comply with SEO needs.
Prepare detailed strategy, analysis and results reports.

Build relationships with third-party websites to find and create strong and healthy back-link collaborations.
Platform Management:
Manage all social media platforms, including Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, YouTube, and also some aspects of Display, ABM and PPC.
Follow naming guidelines and taxonomy for easy measurement of campaigns.
Ensure all platforms are set up in an optimal way and are constantly fed with organic content to promote growth
Main Functions of the Sales Assistant 3 days
The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience of sales and administration, ideally, but not essential, within book sales. They will need to be a top communicator with excellent organization and written skills, the ability to work to deadlines, to meet a sale goal as well as prioritizing workloads for our Services Providers "cleaners". Initiative, an eye for detail and team spirit are all qualities we are looking for, whilst excellent IT skills are essential for this role, applicants will be dealing with all aspects of:
Sales (Services)
Coordinate services provider performing.
Customer Service for internal and external users
Customer Acquisition for internal and external users
Ensure layout of the Service by following company policies
The role requires 25h/ week. Ideally, you would work 5h/ day/ 5 days per week REMOTELY. working time; from 12:00 -17:00 or 12:30 -17:30 (EEST TIME).
