What does being a Covid-19 Secure Company mean?
There are 5 steps that must be taken for a responsible company to say it has complied with the Government's guidance on managing the risks presented by Covid-19.
Companies must have:
☑️ Conducted a Covid-19 Risk Assessment
☑️ Have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in place
☑️ Helped people to work from home where possible
☑️ Taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
☑️ Done everything practical to manage transmission risk when people cannot be 2m apart at work
